EATOC Data Retention Policy
Section 1 membership details
All information provided on the application form (either physical or online) will be retained in the database for the period of your membership. If a member resigns from the club then the data will be deleted from the database within 10 days of the club being notified by the member.
If a member has not renewed their membership within 3 months of the renewal notification being issued, EATOC will remove all their records from the database.
If a member passes away during their membership then we will require a copy of the death certificate before the records are deleted from the database.
