EATOC Club History

Our club was conceived at a Tiger Open Day when David Buckeldee & Brian Duddridge were asking if an East Anglia club was available for them to join. At that time no such club existed. So between them they decided to form the club at the beginning of January 2000. The club is run for its members, who are just a group of enthusiastic Tiger builders and owners.

The idea was to provide a club that would allow Tiger owners to have a means of communicating with like-minded people. Mostly this is done using EATOC News our monthly publication to all the members. Selected back issues of EATOC News are available here By becoming a member you will gain access to the entire newsletter archives.

We try to meet up at regular intervals, spreading the venues around East Anglia. Due to the large area that the club covers, all of the members are encouraged to let the Events Secretary know about suitable venues for meetings in their local area. The club will then try to set up a meeting via E-mail and/or our newsletter. This could result in there being more than one meeting taking place on the same day, but in different locations. At these meetings any subject can be discussed and often these have little do with the club.

The club is very active, and growing all the time, so why not join our bunch of merry men (and women). Just complete the application form and send it to the club with a cheque made payable to EATOC for the correct amount. During the processing of your membership application you will be phoned or e-mailed with your membership number and password for access to the members area of this site, a welcome pack will then follow by post.
